the proper owner of the bird.
How to tell if the band on the pigeon is a registered Owl German
Owl Club pigeon?
The band will have the following letters and format on the band:
NPA OGO 2013 1234
The "NPA" is for National Pigeon Association, the "OGO" is for
Old German Owl Club", then the year and then the band number.
For any other type of bird or pigeon, you should contact
the national orginazation for assistance.
